Where are you located?
BarbacoApparel currently does not have a storefront. Our products are sold online and at various events in San Antonio and surrounding areas. If you are interested in one of our products but cannot make it to a local event, make your purchase on our Shop page. We deliver to anywhere in the world!

What sizes do you offer?
Our adult shirt sizes range from adult XXS to 4XL, depending on the design. Our youth sizes range from newborn to 7T (toddler). Visit our Shop page to see if the design you want is available in your size. Once you click on a design, you'll see a drop-down menu that lists available sizes. Not sure what size to pick? What are your shirt specs?
All our shirts are preshrunk tees. Nonheathered shirts are 100% cotton, while heathered shirts are a cotton/poly blend, depending on color. If you're interested in specific information, feel free to email us at info@barbacoapparel.com.

What is your return policy?
ONLINE ORDERS ONLY:

Unworn / unwashed items may be returned for a full refund (minus the shipping charge) within 30 days. The refund will be given through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds. Refunds will go back onto the credit card used to place the order.

Before shipping anything back, please email us at returns@barbacoapparel.com so we know to look out for your return.

Include a note with the following information:

The order number and the name and email address of the purchaser. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

Please Note:

  • Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. We recommend using the USPS, as we find they have the most affordable rates. However, you can ship via any major carrier. 
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • If you have any questions about the return process, e-mail us at returns@barbacoapparel.com.

When do you come out with new designs?
We try to come out with new designs every few months, but it just depends on how often we think of a great idea. Check our website often to see new designs, or like us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@BarbacoApparel). We always announce when we launch new designs.

Do you carry children sizes?
Yes! But only in certain designs. Check out our Kids page to see what's available.

Can I order a design in a different color than what's available on the website?
Unfortunately, we do not allow custom orders for specific tee colors at this time.

What is your typical turnaround time for online orders?
We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving them; however, due to order volumes and inventory availability, it can take up to 5 business days to ship out your order. If you need something processed quickly, shoot us an email and let us know. We're more than happy to accommodate special requests and usually do it at no additional charge.

Can I meet you somewhere to buy in person?
Unfortunately, we do not meet customers for individual purchases. We can offer upgraded shipping if you need your order quickly. Or if you see that we’ll be selling at an upcoming show, send us an email beforehand and we’ll be happy to get your order ready for pickup at the event.

My order was shipped but I haven’t received it. Where is it?
Check the tracking number emailed to you once your order shipped. The USPS site is updated every few hours and should tell you when to expect your order.

I’m buying this as a gift. Can you exclude the receipt?
Sure! Just add a note in the notes section on the checkout screen.

I bought something in person, but I need to return in. What’s the process?
We will gladly return any product bought in person at an event. Please email us at returns@barbacoapparel.com. Provide your home address and what design/size you’d like, and we’ll send your new tee along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Once you receive your product, simply put your old product in the return envelope and drop it in the mail.

Would you be willing to donate product for my charity?
We love to help in the community when we can. Unfortunately, we receive numerous requests throughout the year and only have a limited budget. Contact us as early in the year as possible.

Can I wholesale your products?
Absolutely! If you own a retail storefront, drop us a line for wholesale prices and available products. Check out our wholesale sign-up page or contact Catherine Contreras at wholesale@barbacoapparel.com.

I don’t see a design on your website. Do you still carry it?
We’re always coming out with new designs and, therefore, retire older designs. If you don’t see something on our website, we most likely don’t carry it anymore. Feel free to send us an email at info@barbacoapparel.com, though, and we can check to see if we have anything left in our inventory.
